Platform and audience engagement services provided by UpJump Media to clients are governed by separate service agreements. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, and the descriptions of services on this Site are for informational purposes only.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
